Kutztown Police has an “Exchange Zone,” consisting of two marked parking spaces in the lot in front of the Borough Hall at 45 Railroad Street. The Exchange Zone is well lit and has 24 hour video recording (not monitored). We encourage the community to utilize this location for child custody exchanges, Internet purchases, or other uses, in order to feel safe in their interactions.
